Can the pendant call 911?

While the panic button doesn't call 911 directly, it instantly alerts your chosen emergency contacts through the Safe Civilian app and shares your location with them. Your contacts can see that you need help immediately and, if necessary, call 911 or local emergency services on your behalf.
